Crab, Scallop & Shrimp Cakes with Lime Tartar Sauce

A great combo of a seafood cake. But, dammit - I lost the freakin' recipe! Anyhoo, here's what I know goes into it, even though I don't have the precise quantities for all the ingredients. Will try to figure it out and amend this post when I do.



Ingredients:
1 lb. medium shrimp
1 lb. sea scallops
1 1/2 lbs. lump crab meat
Saltine crackers
Celery salt
Worcestershire Sauce
Cayenne
Ground ginger
White pepper
Ground mustard
Paprika

Parsley
Scallions
Celery

Sliced avocados and lime wedges (for garnish)
