Sugar Snap Peas Sauteed in Garlic & Olive Oil

Sugar Snaps are like Snow Peas, but a tad sweeter. I have four Sugar Ann snaps growing in the garden which I had started from seed back in January, and they've been quite prolific.  Bears constant repeating, but nothing beats the taste of garden fresh veggies.

The simplest and most delectable prep for these guys is sauteing them in a little olive oil, and seasoning with a pinch of kosher salt & granulated (or fresh minced) garlic. Bon appetit!
