EE's Grilled Pork Kebabs with Nectarines, Habanero Jelly & Mango Chutney Glaze

This is my sister's recipe for some amazing pork kebabs! Great for summer grilling when nectarines and peaches are at their in-season best!

Ingredients:
Country Pork Ribs, cubed
Red onion, large dice
1 large nectarine, cubed or sliced

Mango chutney
Lawry's Caribbean Jerk Marinade with Papaya Juice
Habanero pepper jelly (Aloha from Oregon)

Chopped fresh cilantro

1. Soak bamboo skewers.

2. Skewer pork, onions, and nectarines.

3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

4. Brush thoroughly with olive oil.

5. Grill kebabs until done.

6. Combine the mango chutney, jerk marinade with some of the habanero jelly.

7. Glaze the kebabs with chutney-marinade-jelly mixture. Continue grilling the kebabs until lightly caramelized. 

8. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
